I have been utilizing the Succession Wizard program for over 2 years now, once I start the implementation of this program my time requirements for maintaining and conducting annual employee reviews has been reduced by over 50%. When presenting employee reviews you have a SOLID plan to review each employees progress and lay out a complete developmental and succession flow chart. Additionally, I am able with virtually minimal time to provide other departments with feedback, and very accurate employee strengths and opportunities when we are considering employees for promotion or transfer to other departments. Once you start utilizing the Succession Wizard program, you will never return to the dark days!!  Great program!
