a word to report back on a very successful use of Succession Wizard. Given that
we are a six billion dollar plus company with a strong succession planning

start the implementation of this program my time requirements for maintaining
and conducting annual employee reviews has been reduced by over 50%. When
presenting employee reviews you have a SOLID plan to review each employees
progress and lay out a complete developmental and succession flow chart.
Additionally, I am able with virtually minimal time to provide other departments
with feedback, and very accurate employee strengths and opportunities when we
are considering employees for promotion or transfer to other departments. Once
